Getting tidy. . . . .

A very quick post.. . . . My horse is still bandaged and on  “box rest” so no riding at the moment.  The weather is dry so I have made several forays into the garden to do some clearing up.  Today, among other things, I pulled down the runner bean row  and saved some of the dry and better beans for next year’s seed.

Although we have not had any real frost as yet some of the trees are nearly devoid of leaves and others still very green.  Areas of the lawn could do with a good rake over and the lane is thick with a carpet of leaves. Village Hall AGM tonight so just off out  . . . .
