Exotic flora . . .

Our travellers have been sending a regular flow of photos  and messages (using their smart phones) back home to us oldies.  It is a wonderful way to keep in touch.  When our daughter took her first trips away – and I am talking about sort of 19 and then 16 years ago – we could only rely on receiving the occasional postcard for contact.  How things have changed and in such a short time.

This is my interpretation of a photograph recently received of an unusual orchid.
