Village views

I have been concentrating on “buildings “; something I struggle with – perspective. I want to get a few pictures under my belt ready for an exhibition early next year that I have been asked to participate in. It is to be based on “local views” and landscapes.

Lots more to do for this exhibition, but I have on or two other projects on the go as well this week. The hospice shop, where I volunteer, has to do it’s “Christmas window” by the 16th of this month for judging by the town council. I have been asked to paint a backdrop based on the “Nutcracker ” ballet. So, with the Rugby World Cup on in the background on the tv, I made a start with the nutcracker doll himself.
